　　一、说教材：

　　今天我上课的内容是PEP小学英语Book3Unit 3 My friends A部分的了Let’s leam 和Let’s find out。本册在本套教材中起着个“过渡”这样一个作用，由听说逐渐转向听说读写，逐步渗透书写，对学生提出了新的要求。即四会单词的加入。而本单元的四会单词又是比较难的一单元，本单元主要围绕“我的朋友”即如何描述自己身边熟悉的人来展开的。本节课主要是让学生学习几个描述人物外貌特征的单词或词组，如：long hair， short hair， thin ，strong， quiet。并且能结合句子“He has…，She has…，She is… ，He is…”在生活中运用所学语言。本课教学内容贴近学生生活，比较容易让学生接受，难在单词的灵活运用上以及个别个别单词的发言，如quiet，thin，所以我在安排教学时，把单词和句子结合起来，把单词的运用做作为重点，而不是单纯的认读单词。

　　二、 说教学目标：

　　英语课程标准为旗帜鲜明的提出“以培养学生的创新精神的实践能力为重点，全面推进素质教育”。作为一个英语教师，必须明确英语教学的目的的就是培养学生用语言进行交际的能力。教学的主要任务不是积累知识，而是发展思维。教师在传授知识的同时，更主要的是设法结合学生的生活实际创造交际活动的情景，以增强学生学习英语的兴趣，使他们能积极参与言语实践活动。因此，基于以上观点对知识传授、能力培养、思想教育三者统一的要求在分析教材的基础上我拟定这节课的教学目标为：

　　用TPR活动法生动愉快地让学生适应上课，开始进入状态，同时更是一个对以前的学习内容的复习，为下面的学习内容做铺垫，为学生展开新内容提供知识基础，也为课堂气氛增色不少。

　　（二）词不离句、单词与句子教学相结合：每一个单词或词组出现后作相应的运用，以及替换练习，这是一种语言的内化和创造过程，使学生更易接受和理解单词，并有利于单词的运用以及接下来的会话教学。

　　（三）小组学习法：每四、五人一组，在互动中互相启发产生思维的碰撞，同时注意保证每个学生都有机会参与学习、而培养学生和伙伴合作的意识和策略，提高人际交往能力。学生也在独立与合作的交织中调控了自身的学习，变得自信、自强。

　　（四）练习法：最后设置一个读短文和写的练习，让小学英语从听说走向听说读写，为以后的“写”做准备。

　　（五）竞争教学法：本节课中两大组竟赛描述My friend。 可以激发他们的积极性，使他们将注意力高度集中在所学内容上，提高学习效率。

　　四、说教学过程

　　本堂课我大体上分为四大块；

　　（一）热身和复习

　　安排Let’s do 和 Look and say 。

　　这一过程既是学生复习旧的语言知识，为下一步学习作好铺垫，也是通过TPR活动让学生把所有的注意力集中到课堂中来，为英语学习创造了一种良好的氛围。

　　（二）新课呈现

　　1，运用复习中的旧知引出新知，long hair ，short hair。学生容易接受和理解，并及时运用。In our class。 Who has long hair ？。Who has short hair。？

　　2，运用黑板上的人物图形，紧接着教授strong 和 thin 通过图片中人物的对比学生比较容易理解，并及时运用。Who is strong？ Who is thin？ 用学生身边的人使学生说得亲切，熟悉，更易接受，易于信息的接受和生成。

　　3， Let’s chant 及时巩固新学的两组词汇 long hair， short hair ，strong， thin。 并为下一个单词quiet创造一个情镜，由大声的朗读转为安静的场景。

　　4，quiet的教学，利用场景让学生明白安静的意思，再分析人物，由场景的安静转入描述人物的文静。让学生逐个理解，并注意发音。让学生看清教师的口型再读，突破难点。

　　5，听录音，同桌共找，后再跟读

　　听音共找是比试，以促进其认真听并且积极辩音，又能让学生自觉做到眼、耳、手、脑共到，跟录音则是让学生接触到有英语本土味道，较纯真的语音，模仿地道的语言、语调。这对与我们这些没有在大的语言环境中学习语言的学生来说非常必要，特别是教师本身在这方面有欠缺，更应让学生多听录音。

　　（三）趣味操练

　　趣味操练以My friend为主线来安排：

　　①描述教师的朋友（看图片），让学生会用一个一个句子描述friend的外貌特征。

　　②让学生描述自己的friend，由一个个句子提升到几个句子或是一小段话。经过小组讨论，相互交流，合作学习，学会说一段话。

　　③再由说一段话过渡到阅读并理解一段话（四年级的学生还比较好动，注意易分散，爱表现自己。希望得到老师的认可和表扬，而比赛是最能引发学生的兴趣，发挥学生学习的主动性；使他们的注意力始终集中在课堂上，同时也培养了学生的合作竞争意识）所以在操练时始终结合分大组“比赛”激励学生来说，大胆的表述。

　　（四）巩固和延伸：

　　①准备了一个写的练习，选用词汇，写全短文〈发挥学生的创新精神，给学生一个展示自己的舞台，更是为以后的写作作准备，真正落实英语教学的听、说、读、写〉。

　　1、英文自荐信应注意的格式问题

　　但在格式方面与中文自荐信还是有所区别的这主要表现在英文自荐信的主要内容和中文自荐信基本一致。

　　2、信封的写法

　　外企在华的分支机构或分公司都会在招聘广告中给出中文，绝大多数情况下。终究入乡随俗，也可以防止邮递员因为看不懂外语而投递只需按我国的习惯书写信封就可以了只是人名方面须要注意。如果广告上写的联系人是中文，困难。这种情况下。那么就直写“先千万不要擅自把它译为中文，生收”女士收”好了但如果联系人的名字是英文。哪怕这个名字看起来很普遍、很熟悉，如“James不要写成“詹姆士”Smith不要写成“史密斯”

　　如果外企给的英文地址，另外一种情况。那信封的写法就应遵循英美的习惯。一般的写法是信封的左上角（中文信封邮政编码的地方）

　　《英语课程标准》指出：“基础教育阶段的目标是以学生语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识的发展为基础，培养学生综合语言运用的能力。”“要为学生提供自主学习和相互交流的机会以及充分表现自我的空间。”这里的“机会”和“空间”无疑是指学生学习的语言环境和兴趣。因为众所周知，兴趣是学生最好的老师。小学英语作为一门全新的学科，到底该如何教？如何将学生的兴趣和教学效能最大化有机结合一直是困扰我们小学英语教师的重大问题。很多教师，特别是农村教师，他们尽管认识到了在教学中如何尊重学生个性发展，以游戏教学作为教学的载体和活动方式，但是具体该如何操作？如何改变现在英语教学中的机械操练，死记硬背，机械重复等等弊端？成为我们小学英语迫切需要解决的问题，也成为影响素质教育在教学中进一步推进的一大障碍。小学英语兴趣教学的研究，能在最大程度上调动学生学习的主动性、积极性，更能激发学生的内在学习动机，培养学生的创新精神和实践能力，为今后的学习打下良好的基础，同时也为广大农村小学英语教学工作者提供有效的借鉴。

　　二、研究目的：

　　小学英语兴趣教学研究，旨在通过教学结构，教学方法等方面的研究和探索，以迎合农村小学生性格心理特征为起点，致力寻求适合农村小学生心理、思维特征的小学英语教学方法和模式。实现培养农村学生英语学习兴趣，帮助农村学生掌握适合各自特点的主动学习方法的教学目标。分析和研究英语教学过程兴趣化的可行性和主要实施方法，以及兴趣化教学对教师能力素质的要求。力求从根本上为提升农村小学英语教学质量探索一条切实可行、效果明显的兴趣化教学道路。

　　三、研究意义

　　本课题是应用培养农村学生学习英语兴趣的理论，针对我校实际开展的培养农村小学生学习英语兴趣的活动进行实验研究，为我们丰富、完善新课程背景下的学习方法的培养提供理论依据。在实践中，将学习英语兴趣培养的理念、方式等，进行科学、合理地移植应用，实现兴趣培养的本土化，从而构建科学、高效的教育方式，促进农村学生良好学习兴趣的培养。

　　1．兴趣教学是素质教育的内在要求。素质教育区别于传统教育主要的一点就是摒弃传统教学中机械、呆板的单向教学模式，以情趣教学，乐感教学为发展方向。还学生以学习的主动权，寓教于乐，培养学生的学习的兴趣，引导学生主动学习。在生动活泼的教学过程中培养学生获取知识的能力。因此，小学英语兴趣教学的研究体现了素质教育的这一总体要求，与素质教育发展的大方向是契合的。

　　2．兴趣教学是小学英语教学的有益尝试。英语教学在我国已有数十年的历史，随着社会国际化程度的发展也越来越受到重视，各种改革尝试几乎没有停止过。但小学英语教学大面积铺开还只是近几年的事。在教学模式上照搬中学乃至大学显然因是行不通的，如何融合素质教育理念，把英语教学特点和小学生心理、性格特点相结合，探索富于情趣特点的教学新模式，对于当前的小学英语教学具有极其重大的理论探索意义和现实必要性。

　　3．兴趣教学适合小学生的心理和性格特征。小学生年龄小，活泼好动，好奇心强，接受能力强，因此，形式多样的情趣教学容易为小学生接受。同时小学生具有感性大于理性，情绪波动大，耐心不足，注意力易分散的特点，情趣教学期望通过生动活泼的教学不断调整和刺激学生的兴奋点，吸引学生注意力，从而获得较好的教学效果，应该说是因材施教教的正确方向，具有广阔的研究和实践前景。

　　四、研究目标

　　通过研究，探索一套以“游戏”为主的课堂教学模式，培养学生的英语学习兴趣，使英语教学变得生动、丰富，使课堂变得有趣、活泼，使学生不仅善学、乐学，而且学有成效，学以致用，培养一大批乐学、会学的小学生，帮助他们建立学习的成就感和自信心，使学生掌握一定的英语基础知识和听、说、读、写技能，形成一定的英语运用能力，为他们的终身学习和发展打下扎实的知识和情感基础。

　　五、研究内容

　　1、农村小学英语兴趣教学流程模式研究

　　农村小学生学习英语时，缺少像城市孩子一样的设备、环境。所以，要想让他们掌握和运用英语，有必要创设良好的语言环境帮助他们感知、理解、掌握、运用英语。通过创设客观真实的情境，介绍新语言、新语音、意义及书写，为今后的交际运用打下扎实的基础。

　　2探究农村小学英语兴趣教学的具体作模式

　　探究农村小学英语兴趣教学的模式，即探究兴趣教学的途径和方法。兴趣教学途径的探究的导向应当是：以“美”为境界，以“思”为核心，以“情”为纽带，以儿童主体学习为途径，以儿童学习活动为主线。情境教学的方法探究要贯彻以情境出问题、以情境激兴趣、以情境促互动、以情境导践行的思路，使方法能行之有效。

　　六、主要研究方法

　　根据上述研究目标和研究内容，本课题主要采取如下研究方法：

　　1．比较观察法。观察比较学生*时在课内外教学中表现出来的对不同教学方法的反映和取得的教学效果，加以记录和分析，并得出结论。

　　2．实验分析法：选取小课题，有意识进行实验验证，记录过程并分析作出结论。

　　3．个案分析法：选取有代表性的学生个体作为长期观察对象，在不同阶段有计划运用不同教学手段，观察并分析其发展动态，进行科学比对，最终得出结论。

　　4．文献法：在课题研究中积极查阅相关资料，了解与本课题有关的理论，掌握本课题发展动态，并积极吸取同行的研究成果，不断充实自己的研究。

　　（2）调查研究阶段（20xx年10月-12月）

　　组织教师通过多种方法对农村学生的学习兴趣和学习行为进行调查分析，写出调查报告。

　　（3）深化研究阶段（20xx年1月——3月）

　　本阶段的任务是：采用多种教学方法优化课堂教学，充分利用教学资源，倡导体验、实践、参与、合作与交流的学习方式，探索提高学生英语学习兴趣，促进学生综合语言运用能力发展的新途径，建立以活动课为主的课堂教学新模式。

　　1、坚持每一天，充分利用一切可以利用的时间学英语。没持之以恒的学习和大量的时将做保障，一切都是空谈。

　　2、每天听写一篇文章，以此文章为中心，展开一天的学习。

　　3、听说读写译五项都要练，以听说为主。

　　4、求质不求量，把听写的文章彻底搞懂足矣，不要好大喜功，贪大贪快。扎扎实实，按部就班，是学好英语的必经之路。

　　5、把零碎的时间充分利用起来学英语，不断地重复。

　　6、听写是个学习英语的好方法，要继续加强。学习方法

　　7、早睡早起学英语。

　　8、抓住一套教材足矣，不要盲目的更换教材。

　　9、每天学习英语必须要有详细可行的计划，必须坚决执行，没任何借口。

　　10、相信自己，一定能够学好英语。

　　二、分则：

　　(一)听力：

　　1、除周末外，每天晚上10：00——12：00听写一篇五分钟左右的短文。着重听力后的分析过程。

　　2、早晚都随身带mp3，一有空闲时间就反复听这篇短文，直到听烂为止。

　　3、周末看一部外国电影，复习就内容，检查一周来的学习计划执行情况。

　　紧张而有序的一学斯又要结束了，本学生学习的进步很大，将近期末，为了更加系统的进行英语学科的复习，使学生在这一阶段学习成绩上有很大的提高及六年级学生在小学阶段的学习画上较为圆满的句号。特制订此计划。

　　复习目标：

　　1、五六年级英语课本单词表中的四会五角星单词，要求能够熟练的英汉互译，并且能熟练的听写。

　　2、对于白体单词要求能够熟读并能进行英汉互译。

　　3、课本中出现的重点句型能够熟练掌握其问答。并进行相关知识的练习。

　　4、课本中出现的let’chant和let’do动作部分的生词能够掌握。并能根据听力作出相应的动作。

　　5、let’s talk部分的小短文，重点在于训练学生的口语交际能力和听说能力，因此要求每篇都能够进行熟练背诵，对于部分学习有困难的后进生也要求能够熟练朗读。

　　6、read and write部分作为泛读内容，只要求成绩较好的同学能够掌握，但是其中的颜色深的作为本单元的重点句子每位学生都能熟练掌握并进行连词成句的练习。这部分内容也是复习的重点之一。

　　7、每个单元复习完成之后，要完成相应的活动手册上面的练习，对一个单元的复习情况进行检查及反馈。以了解学生的复习掌握情况，以便及时的进行查漏补缺。

　　8、对于英语课本中c部分的*分常识教学要学生能够了解。

　　复习内容及措施：

　　1、单元复习

　　由于刚上完新课，学生可能存在学习后面的内容而忘记了前面的知识，

　　所以进行六个单元知识的复习巩固是很有必要的。五六年级的学生在经历了三四等年级的学习复习后对这阶段单元知识点的复习相对来说比较容易、比较熟悉。知道要掌握哪些单词、哪些句型及要掌握到何种程度。在单词方面，单词表中的所有单词我都要求学生能听说读及英汉互译，其中四会单词要会根据汉语听写出英语。书中的重点句型也能做到英汉互译、熟练背诵并能正确进行连词成句。坚持每节课前适量单词的默写，坚持课间的辅导和优生面批并让他们担任起小老师的角色，加强他们认真、细心的学习态度，巩固知识的运用等能力和增强学习成功的信心。另外，为了让学生更直观的了解掌握所要掌握的知识，所以给每个学生一份复习提纲是必要的。这样就避免了他们为了查找而节省下来的时间。

　　不管是五年级还是六年级，在复习阶段，我都坚持每节课都让学生进行英语单词的听写，这样不仅可以省下翻看书本的冗繁，更主要的是可以克服孩子们在面对学过的旧知识所产生的烦腻感。让他们有一种老词新背的感觉。通过实践证明，这样做虽然花费了大量的时间，但也在单词的掌握方面收到了很好的课堂效果。

　　2、在优生提高的同时加强暂差生的转化

　　暂差生是教室里的特殊群体，他们人数虽然不多，但影响面却很广。为了真正实现课堂实效，达到共同进步的目标，所以暂差生转化更是复习中的重中之重。在复习过程中要注重培优扶差工作，特别是开展学习小组。同时及时了解学生学习的思想动向，给予适当的鼓励和信心，特别是尖子生和后进生。在后进生辅导方面，我采取的是老师+优等生同步辅导的方法。优等生也充当小老师的角色。辅导结束后由老师进行逐个检查，直至过关为止。

　　3、字母的练习及强化

　　虽然他们已经是高年级学生了，但是班里还是有个别的学生字母不会默写。或是不能规范的听写。而字母就更是学习英语的基础了，所以练习也是必不可少。

　　4、综合知识的练习

　　不管书上的知识掌握的多牢多好，如果没有适量、适当的练习那就等于是花拳绣腿上不了场面。练习一方面可以让学生了解各种考试的题型，另一方面也可以让他们学以致用，将书上的固定知识用到活的题目中，去解决问题。因此，在进行完第一轮的单元复习后，我将安排学生多做练习，特别是阅读理解方面的训练。阅读理解作为考试的一种题型，最可以体现一个学生的英语学习程度和知识掌握情况。他考得是综合能力和综合知识，对学生提出了很高的阅读和思考要求。

　　5、加强听力的练习和指导

　　“教孩子六年，想孩子的六十年”。听作为英语四大基本技能之一，不仅是考试不可或缺的一块，从学生长远的发展角度来说也有着重要的意义。听懂才能说才能进行交流，交流才能进行沟通。而且听还能训练学生良好的英语语感。对这方面的强化我采取在复习课上听及课下听的方式。课上听并让他们进行复述，课下每天坚持听10-15分钟，积少成多。同时对六年级学生的英语听力进行强化，让他们逐渐适应由教师报听力但习惯听英语录音的朗读。

　　紧张的复习工作已经全面展开，虽然计划还有不完善的地方，可能还有不能实现的地方，但是在复习过程中要根据学生的实际情况，以学生为主体，一切从实际出发，让每一个学生都有不同程度的提高，这才是最主要的，并力争取得一定程度的提高。

　　除了教学工作，我还担任教导干事一职。教导处是学校管理业务的综合职能机构，作为一名教导干事，我以当好教导主任的助手为目标。我将从以下几个方面开展工作：

　　1、认读一些简单的音标，并且按照要求背诵和认读一些单词，能完成单词默写，分类的练习。

　　2、认读教材中出现的一些词组的用法，能完成英汉互译的习题。

　　3、掌握教材中出现的句型，和一些简单的与教材内容有关的语法知识；能够区分教材中出现的句型，运用翻译补充所学句子。

　　4、能够认读教材中的短文，能独立完成一些较容易阅读题。

　　二、复习内容及要点

　　1、单词。单词是英语的基础和复习的重点。

　　1）按词性归类复习单词。

　　2）按词汇表复习单词。

　　2、词组。词组是学习英语的关键，它是复习英语的良好途径，同时又是学习句子的基础，把词组归类，分类掌握。

　　3、句子。句子是学习英语的重点，也是本册教材的重点和难点。

　　1）指导学生在语境中复习句子。

　　2）根据句子类型指导学生在比较中复习句子，教给学生适当的语法知识。

　　3）指导学生在表演中运用句子，这样的复习课也不缺趣味性。

　　4、阅读。阅读虽然对学生来说很困难，可是教材中已经出现了比较复杂的英语短文。

　　三、复习方法及原则

　　1、加强单词的朗读和默写，给学生明确的任务，使他们也能尽自己最大能力过好单词关。将词组复习与单词分类复习相联系。把单词、词组、句子和阅读作为一个有机整体，在复习过程中将它们紧密联系起来，合理安排复习内容，提高学生整体运用知识的能力。

　　2、以听说读写为主要途径，让学生多读，在复习中培养学生朗读英语的习惯，在学生多读多说的基础上不断提高听和写的能力，听说读写要有机结合，才能相辅相成。学生基础差，见过的英语习题比较少，因此要从习题入手，让学生尽可能的做出比较多的习题，这样在初次考试中不至于束手无策。

　　3、注意复习过程中的趣味性，充分调动学生的学习积极性。我们有些学生对学习英语缺乏一定的兴趣，所以要选择适当的形式和内容，控制好内容的难度，要学生获得成功的机会和感受，尽量提高他们的兴趣，使他们也能投入到紧张的复习中，并在复习中获得进步。

　　4、注意因材施教，采用分层分类教育，帮助不同层次的学生获得不同的提高和收获。学生两极分化想象严重，那么对不同层次的学生就要提出不同的要求，对于成绩较差的学生复习重点放在单词，句型等基础知识上。

　　5、注意做好学生的心理调试工作，让学生在*静宽松的氛围中进行有序的复习，较好的完成任务。对于没有投入到复习的学生来说要给于适当的压力。

　　总之，紧张的复习工作已经全面展开，我们要以学生为主体，以求从实际出发，让所有的学生都获得一定的提高和进步，不但在考试中取得好成绩，也为以后的学习打下坚实的基础。

　　针对我校学生的实际情况，我在复习中分三个阶段，具体安排如下：第一阶段以教材为主，重现3—6年级共8册的知识点，这个阶段侧重于对教材的复习与梳理，具体做法是把教材中三、四会单词和重难点句子让学生朗读、操练，这样能唤起学生的记忆，抓住每个单元的知识点进行“查漏补缺”。第二阶段进行横向复习，归类复习，讲练结合，如单词的归类，我是按照词性分类进行复习。（名词、形容词、动词）和固定的词组的复习。句型的操练，四种时态进行复习。通过对学生进行讲解，构建紧密的“知识串”并

　　对每一项知识进行专项练习巩固。在这个阶段中，教师要精讲精练，讲求实效。第三个阶段，综合练习，在这个阶段中侧重对做题技巧的讲解和做一些学生容易出错的题目。指导学生对于不同类型解答的方法，例：单项选择题，单项选择题涉及的知识点很广，我们可以根据不同类型的题目，进行不同的选法。例如选择特殊疑问词的时候，要根据答句的内容来选择，选时态的句子，可以根据时间词来选择等等的做法。

　　三、通过培训，让我认识到要做一名与时俱进的优秀教师就得不断提高自身素质。

　　首先，对学生的学习情况有清晰的认识。通过对*时的单元练习测试分析进行一个汇总，从而弄清学生易错点，有针对性地进行复习，对学生掌握较好的内容可以少花点时间，而对于学生来说较难的则要想办法，通过讲解、练习、分析、总结等方法，把难点个个击破。

　　其次，进行有效训练，从而提高学生成绩。所以教师必须深入题海，精选题目，提高训练实效。在实践中，一类是基础知识训练，如四会要求的单词、词组、句子的默写训练；另一类是针对考试中常见题型选编的一些题目，让学生在适量的训练中熟能生巧，掌握答题技巧。准备几本优秀的习题集、试卷集，供我们参考、选择，经过复印、剪贴和重组，就能得到最适合我们学生、教学实际的练习，为达到有效的训练目标创造条件。

　　在具体复习中，我们还有如下几点：

　　3、以教材为重点，侧重于教材的复习和梳理。在复习顺序上，我觉得还是先局部，再整体，即先单元复习字、词、句、篇基础知识，再综合全面、查漏补缺地进行复习、训练，并要注意不断反思，调整复习内容、方法等。首先对每册书的单词进行分类复习。四会的单词要求每个学生必须会背写，与此同时教师要进行语音的指导，在上课时适当进行语音训练。其次要以每单元为单位进行句式的复习，我们要把重要句式进行总结让每位同学摘抄，以加深印象。对重要句子学生不仅能书写还能运用。主要措施是让学生练习写句子和做一些相应习题。

　　1、听力

　　听力的第一题学生正确率很高，第二题中的第4小题，很多学生分不清，第三题部分学生由于听不懂句子导致失分较前面严重。第四题比较简单，学生得分率高。

　　课后学生书看的少，单词和句子记得不牢，基础知识不扎实，综合运用能力较差，导致失分较多。

　　3、完成单词

　　根据题意和提示用所给单词的适当形式写单词做的不好，学生字母书写不规范等导致失分现象严重。

　　4、判断正误

　　在正确的句子前写“T”，错误的句子前面写“F”。部分学生没有注意看题意，打了“√”导致得了失分。

　　3、要重视词汇教学。单词是教学的重点，只有打好了词汇的基础，才有可能在阅读、写作等方面驾驭自如。但在词汇量较大时，要把握好教学的尺度，重点检测基础词汇，对不同类型的单词，可以有不同的要求，避免学生负担过重，失去学习英语的兴趣。可以适当补充一些构词法的知识来帮助学生记忆单词。

　　4、加强学生阅读能力的培养。阅读能力的考查是英语考查的重要部分，因此，训练学生的阅读能力是很有必要的。老师要充分利用课堂作业中的每个语篇对学生进行阅读训练，不同的题材可以使用不同的阅读方法，让学生掌握正确的阅读技巧会起到事半功倍的效果。阅读能力是长期训练的结果，一定要持之以恒。

　　5、科学合理地使用教材。教师应该首先科学合理地利用好教材使学生掌握一定的英语基础知识和听、说、读、写技能，形成一定的综合语言运用能力。

　　6、加强学生审题能力和答题技巧的指导，还要规范学生的书写。

　　7、在教学过程中教师应面向全体学生，关注不同层次学生的学习状况，应根据新课程标准和课本的要求，把握课堂教学的最低目标，以保护每一个学生学习英语的积极性。因此，教师应鼓励学生积极、主动地参与课堂教学，帮助学生找到适合自己的英语学习方法，为今后的学习和发展打下良好的基础。

　　解释，导致学生开口的机会相对减少，久而久之失去用英语交流的愿望。这种重量不重质的教学不但无法很好地提高学生的独立思维能力，而且影响学生学习的积极性主动性，是一种“应试”教育的产物。初三英语课堂教学进入了一种模式化的困境。

　　面对这种现状，我一直在思考：如何给初三的英语课堂教学注入活力，使学生在英语这门学科上取得更大的进步，在中考中取得优异的成绩呢?经过自己认真的学习，思考和同行们的指导，我将从以下这几个方面去努力：

　　1、努力取得家长的支持与帮助。

　　父母是孩子的第一任老师，家长的教育对孩子的成长起到举足轻重的作用，学校教育需要家长的配合，英语教育更需要家长的积极配合与支持，在学习英语的过程中若能的到家长的配合与支持，对学生的英语教育将有可能起到事半功倍的效果。

　　2、关心帮助学生，使其不断体验到成功的快乐。

　　应该让每个学生都能体会到：只要有付出，就会有回报;只要肯努力，就会不断进步。“成就感”的获得可以消除学生在课堂活动中畏难情绪。使每个学生都深深感到老师无时不在关心他们，用积极情感促使他们变消极为主动，增强他们克服困难的信心，从而体验到学习成功的快乐。

　　3、精心设计课堂教学

　　教师要根据不同的教学内容，精心设计，把每一课都导演成学生喜闻乐见的形式：时而朗读，时而重述，时而提问题，创造语言情境，活跃课堂学习气氛，启发学生思维，促使其积极主动地进行创造性地学习，培养学生良好的语言素质，让学生在比较轻松、愉悦的环境中自然地达到训练目的，从而提高学生课堂语言学习的效率。*时教学要重视教学的结果，更要重视教学的过程，要把重点放在学生知识形成的过程上，要善于设计问题，引导、帮助学生形成自主思考，发现问题、分析和解决问题的思路和习惯，让学生通过“感知——概括——应用”的思维过程去发现并掌握语言运用的规律。

　　总之，通过多种手段，激活课堂教学是提高每个45分钟的课堂教学质量，减轻学生负担，提高学生学习英语积极性主动性的重要途径。只有提高了初三学生的积极性主动性，初三学生们才会以从容的微笑面对即将到来的升学考试。

　　本次英语考试以期末考题型命题，加强对基础知识的考查，侧重考查学生综合运用语言的能力。命题材料贴近学生生活，难度适中。其中听力笔录要点和书面表达失分较多。我所教两个班级19班比20班在人*，及格率和优秀率方面稍高。

　　从本次考试所反映的现状来看，今后的教学中应注意：

　　1.加强单词听写和课文背诵的落实工作，多关注课文文本知识。

　　2.狠抓基础知识，加强写作训练。书面表达能客观地反映学生英语基础知识掌握情况，并且一直是学生的薄弱环节。

　　4.注重兴趣培养，慎防两极分化。从试卷分析中可以看出，每个学校都不同程度地出现了令人担忧的“两极分化”现象。初学阶段一定要注意激发培养学生的学习兴趣，关注学生的情感，营造宽松，民主、和谐的教学氛围，保护每个学生的自尊心和学习英语的积极性。只有这样，掉队的学生才会减少，也才可能大面积提高人*。

　　这次的"期末考试，我认为很不理想，与自己先前所定目标相比差了太多，结合近段学习时间的学习状态、效率、心态与所花费时间等方面，总结这次期末测验成果。

　　语数英三大主科中，发挥得最不理想的当属数学，错的三个选择中有两个实在不该错，是最基础最简单的题目，另外一个仔细想也可以做对，此类*方根立方根的体型，已熟的不能出错，偏偏马虎大意图快而丢分。至于填空和计算，其实都很会做，也栽在了粗心上。唯一值得说的只有应用题中一道出错的小题，关于一次函数表达式的题，一般我是可以做对，但这道题只拐了一个小弯，就开始让我犯迷糊。但根本问题是我还是对一次函数图像知识掌握不牢固，一直对复杂多样的体型发怵。虽然这道题扣分了，但我想扣得好，扣得值，敲碎了我不切实际的空想，激励着我脚踏实地地学。而至于那些粗心所致的扣分，心疼惋惜和后悔自是少不了的。但只要注意下次少犯，尽量不犯。数学学习的态度和状态方面，基本上是过关的，但要注意避免浮躁，否则大意的结果只能从分数中扣。

　　语文方面文常与成语应用在选择题中出了错，其中有老师讲了许多遍的题型，而当时忘记了，或者根本没记牢。其他的基础知识未扣分，但阅读理解一共又扣了4分。原因在于答题时说不到重点或不完整，前言不搭后语，尽管写得满满当当，但还是会扣分。作文所扣的4分我认为努努力可以只扣两分，*时多加练习，多练笔就可以。英语总分中所扣除的3分全都不是技术问题，而只是粗心大意了。例如最高级前忘加the、忘记使用三单……归根结底这类低级的错误以后少犯。在英语的学习中，基本的学习状态是没问题的，大的知识都掌握熟了，在细节方面再注意一点即可。

　　三门小科总的来说分数不是特别高。历史错点都在非选择题中，再整体地看这些错误，有的是背混所致写错，有的是根本不知道答案蒙上几个作罢，还有的忘了年份，年份与事件对不上号所致。这些还是因为我未真正深刻的记住它们，切莫找理由说背不过，如真是如此，为何我现在对第一单元所学内容倒背如流?后面的知识多但不砸,如果好好梳理还是有许多规律可循的。在历史学习方面，我一向很感兴趣但也有许多困惑，所以学习心态上基本过关，困惑以后要及时解决，不然会给后面的学习造成许多来不及补的麻烦。之后要扎实地背，不能背一点忘一点，以理解为前提，尽可能高效率地背诵。

　　地理从初一来一直是我最大的拦路虎，尤其世界地理最让我头疼。现在只单学*地理，状况才稍稍好转，但仍存在许多问题。有时候知识整合不起来，不能综合运用，有时又背不过图，所以今后的学习要注意背图，把整幅图记在脑海中。生物总体是没问题，但有好多细节方面心急写错。一大部分原因是没读清题就开始填，导致出现一些不该犯的错误。以后注重审题，冷静分析即可。

　　这次期末考试无论从我原本的目标，分数还是排名来看，都未使我满意。原因不是不会，而是学习状态有所改变。在学期末时，我有些耐不住性子心浮气躁，加之一种过度的自信，致使这次考试的失利。今后要调整好心态和方法，争取下一次的进步。

　　带完了一届初三，再教初一，本来以为会轻松很多。结果一年下来，可谓是战战兢兢，片刻不能松懈。取得了一些成绩，但问题和失误也不少。初一年级是英语学习的基础阶段，也是关键时期。作为一名教师，在进入课堂教学之前，就要做好充分的、丰富的备课准备工作。这一堂课上的成功与否，关键取决于备课的准备是否充足。学生来学习的目的是为了获得知识和学习的方法。下面是自已的一些经验小结和反思，希望以后能做得更好。

　　1、鼓励学生大声朗读英语，每节课上课前课代表带读，学生齐声朗读。这使学生对单词和课文非常熟悉，也减少了背诵英语的时间。

　　2、尽量用最简单的方法、最浅显的语言讲课，重、难点一定讲透，并反复练习，让学生感到学好英语并不难。

　　3、口语操练时，教师先示范，然后让较优秀的学生练习，再让基础较弱的学生练习，无论他们说得是否正确都给予掌声（全班鼓掌），最后再点评，保护学生的学习积极性。

　　4、听写每周一次，一单元一次，减轻学生负担。写错的不罚抄，但要订正和重新听写。（我一直觉得单纯的抄写事倍功半，而罚抄除了让学生心生厌恶外没别的作用。）

　　5、学生英语习作中的普遍性错误，可以在课堂上进行整体性纠正。学生英语习作中的个体性错误，可以在习作上精细批改或面批。

　　6、不足之处：从七年级上学期开始，我就教学生根据字母组合发音规律记单词，但效果仍不明显。记不住单词仍是许多学生最头疼的问题。以后还要不断摸索和总结经验。

　　7、本学期时间紧，教学任务重，没能进行系统的听力和阅读训练，学生这两方面的能力比较弱。下学期要特别加强此类练习。

　　那么，教师要充分站在学生的立场上思考教学和备课。有一句话这样说：“备课就是备人”。不可否认，如果一个老师没有站在学生的角度上去了解他们，没有正确按照学生的水*和阶段来有针对性的去备课的话，那么他在课堂教学上是没有目的的，在教学的过程是不成功的，教学的成果也是不见成效的和失败的。备课一定要仔细，不能因为只是一个非常细小的知识点而把它遗落下来，哪怕是标点符号。要时刻记住，自己有一份责任去教好学生，为他们负责，也为自己的工作负责。

　　总之，经验尚浅，还需努力。在以后的教学工作中，我还要多向有经验的老师请教，多想多学，不断提高自已的水*。

　　复习课说好上很难上,说不好上又很好上,就看你的心态和责任心了。

　　大部分老师上复习课会感到很头疼，一是这里的学生都是“皇帝”，我们老师和家长都是“太监”，*有句俗话：皇帝不急急死太监！整个学校的复习氛围我想用这句话是最恰当不过了！！二是复习过程中会发现很多原以为学生早应掌握的知识，经过测验是一塌糊涂，你作为老师如何复习，从哪下手，怎样才会有更好的近期效应，头疼。有同感吗？别说没有！

　　我是这样进行的：A班从基础着手，一至三单元少花一点时间，四至六单元每课必过，从单词，词组，到语法，课文，练习，紧扣课文内容，反复朗读记忆，过关要求低一点。（但还是有很多学生不过关）练习以《伴你学》为主，最后做几张综合测试题，让学生熟悉考试题型。B班前三个单元的词汇和语法一带而过，不做更多的检测和解释，让学生自己复习，有问题就问。把主要精力放在后三单元的辅导和复习上，并多做一份练习，详细讲解。单词和词组分单元默写，以90分为界，还好，只有小部分学生不过关。并利用口语测试材料一并复习课文内容的朗读和单词音标，把最后三篇课文的作文范文让学生尽量背出来，为期末考试作准备。

　　以上就是本人期末复习的思路和做法，不知效果如何，对本校的学生我是不抱太大希望的，相信各位职称比我高的内行也有同感吧。特别是我们教英语的，自己尽力了却好像总得不到回报。一个字：“愁”！要是考核拿分数考得话，那我们教英语的可能就全军覆没了，“悲”！但话得说回来，工作还是应该做好，客观原因该找，主观原因也得找，只能等来年了。反思一下这学期的教学，总结一下经验教训，看看能否多动动脑，努力提高学生学习英语的积极性，培养其学习英语的兴趣，做个让更多学生喜欢的老师，以事业为重，淡泊名利。大家要都能这样，那真是“心底无私天地宽”了。这就是我的心态，实实在在，对得起自己的良心！！有同感的支持一下哦！见笑！下学期见。

　　4、判断正误 （10分）

　　在正确的句子前写“t”，错误的句子前面写“f”。部分学生没有注意看题意，打了“√”导致得了失分。

　　*时练习较少，学生理解能力较差，很多学生看到长句子读不懂，导致理解错误，判断错误。学生从文章中获取信息的能力较弱。

　　二、试卷评价·

　　本次调研的试卷在注重基础的同时，又增加了部分拓展题，其目的（）在于考查学生运用语言的灵活性、实践性。能坚持面向全体，落实“双基”，联系实际，灵活应用。全卷试题覆盖面广，强化对基础知识、基本技能的考核，又重视学生综合语言运用能力的考察，难度适中。

　　调研试卷分听力、笔试两个部分，各占50%和50%。试卷在所考查的知识范围、题型设计、各类题型所占比例、能力要求等方面，基本符合小学英语教学的大纲要求，学生均能在规定的时间内完成答卷。试题既考查了学生的英语基础知识，又考查了学生在本阶段所应具备的综合运用能力，基本能对学生的读、写水*做出比较客观的评价。

　　三、教学过程及考试中存在的问题

　　此次考试成绩就整个年级来说是差强人意的，主要有以下几点原因：

　　1、课堂上教师在讲解知识点和学习方法时，四年级学生没有很好的理解和运用知识；教师带学生复习的方法和时间都有所欠缺；课后对学生的关注不够；

　　这次期末考试，从整体情况看来，测验结果比较差强人意,为了更好的总结和查找原因，现从分析学生的答题情况及考试成绩对试卷分析如下：

　　一、考试质量分析

　　1.试题方面：

　　这次考试的内容主要是考查1-7单元的单词短语和句子以及这些知识点的综合运用，题型与*时测验相同，分为听力和笔试两个部分。听力占70%，笔试占30%。从内容看来,题目比较灵活,题量较多,具有一定的难度。特别是对中下层的学生而言，难度较大，也因此造成不及格人数远远超出以往任何一次测验的结果。此外，从学生的答题情况以及考后的反馈可以看出，学生还不能很好的把握时间，这是间接影响学生整体成绩的原因之一。

　　2.试卷方面

　　1.听力部分：这次考试，听力部分失分较多的是最后一道题：听录音，完成句子，每空一词。这道题考查的是学生背诵和拼写单词的能力，从两个班的卷面情况看来，还有大部分学生对每个单元的单词掌握不牢固，也说明学生*时背诵和默写单词不过关。

　　2.笔试部分：笔试部分主要是对语言知识的运用能力、以及书写能力进行了考察。其中，笔试部分出错率较高的是第三大题：连词成句。仍有部分学生没办法写出一个完成的句子，说明学生对每个单元的句型掌握的不够牢固，不能灵活运用。此外，第四大题：选择合适的句子完成对胡，也有相当一部分学生出错，这种题型通常是考察学生对语言知识的运用能力，从这次考试看来，学生的语言知识的运用能力还有待提高。笔试部分最后一题是阅读题，这次的短文内容有考查到一些生词，给学生在阅读理解的同时增加了难度。以后我们教师应注意加强学生在阅读理解这方面的训练，让学生掌握握阅读技巧，及时掌握学生的错误情形分析错误原因。

　　二、今后采取的措施：

　　1、加强与家长的联系和沟通，做好学生每天听读情况的检查。

　　2、在以后的教学过程中，抓基础知识及基本技能的培养，把听、说、读、写落实到教学的各个环节，使学生不但会听说读，还会写。

　　3、加强课内外听读写的综合训练，以培养学生的综合语言运用能力。

　　4、加强和巩固学生对重点知识的掌握，并且要落实学生背诵和默写单词的情况。

　　5、在日常教学中，注重对学生的听力训练，同时教给学生掌握一些听力的技巧。

　　紧张而又忙碌的一学期结束了，可收获与付出差距很大，心里落差更巨。所谓痛定思痛，还得理智地面对现实。现在自查一下本学期的不足：

　　1.对学生抓得不紧。

　　由于三个班人数较多，难免在作业检查上不是特别严，总让一些爱耍小聪明的学生钻空子。而且作业布置上也是勤于布置，而疏于检查。这就无形中给学生留下一个得过且过的想法。虽然发现这一问题后，采取了一些措施，但怎奈何已到大势已去，无法挽回的地步。因此下学期一定首先要解决这个问题。

　　2.连词成句的练习不充分而且造成了某些方面的误导。

　　开始练习时为了降低难度，所给出的位于句首的单词，首字母大写给出，这样虽然学生接受起来容易多了，但却为后来的练习埋下了隐患。(以至于到后来位于句首的单词虽已准确找出，但就是想不到把首字母改为大写，尽管教师三番五次强调，但收效甚微。)

　　3.语音部分掌握不好，失分严重。

　　复习时虽已发现这个问题，但由于*时讲课时为了追进度而忽略了这一部分教学，(加上班里没有多媒体单纯口授很枯燥)以致于到后来就题补充对应知识点，显得苍白无力。

　　4.一部分学生书写乱，单词记忆差。

　　继续狠抓学生书写和加强单词检查，也要成为下一学期的另一项重要任务，在切实抓好双基的基础上培养学生灵活运用英语的能力。

　　总之，这一学期败笔和遗憾很多，希望随着新的一年的到来，把一切失望和不如意都丢下，满怀信心的迎接崭新的一年。加油!

　　由于开设英语不久，学生们的水*参差不齐，上学期四五年级学习的教材是一样的，而到了这个学期三。 四。 五年级学习的教材各不一样，其中现在的五年级没有学习三年级的那册教材，我觉得基础比较差，反而还不如现在四年级学生的水*。不管在哪个年级都存在优生和差生，但是在英语课中差生和中等生存在居多，每次面对这些学生我都觉得很头疼，农村孩子并不像城市孩子，有好的成长环境和学习环境，并且有些孩子从幼儿园就开始学习英语。农村孩子是没有这么好的学习条件的，我在上课的时候让个别学生起来读，我反复的领着他们读，再叫起来还是不会读，我那时气的脸红脖子粗，有时会狠狠的凶他们，但是之后想想孩子们也不容易，有时我会觉得学英语对他们来说太残忍了。去年小学英语还组织了期末考试，接到通知的时候很晚了，准备的很匆忙，学生们也考的一塌糊涂，那时我深刻体会到小学英语考试是行不通的。我觉得小学学英语可以作为一种兴趣来培养，不能一味的考试，而让有些学生慢慢失去了信心。

　　字母的学习是学习英语的前提条件，我觉得学习英语首先要把26 个英文字母学会，并且要求学生做到听。 说。 读。 写26 个英文字母，我们这得学生是从三年级开始写英语的，所以我们在学生刚刚学习英语是就对学生进行字母教学在边教课文的过程中，每节课学习3-4 个字母，这样慢慢的学生差不多十节课就能把字母全部学完。我在教字母时，主要强调了三点：笔画。 笔顺。 占格数。现在学生们基本都能自己默写出来，掌握的很好，这样就在我们以后的教学中提供了很多方便。

　　教有定则，但教无定法。教师要根据教学内容、教学目的、教学对象和实际条件以及个人的教学风格和特长，确定不同的教学方法。比如，英语教师可以根据小学生爱玩、好动的天性，在课堂上穿插游戏活动，使原本较枯燥、机械的单词学习和句型练习变得生动有趣。因为实物最能吸引学生视线，实人情景更能使他们感到亲切自然、真实可信。教师还可以利用直观教具或电化手段来辅助教学，调动学生的多种感官同时运用，强化他们对所学材料的感知，以提高学生的学习兴趣，让他们加深理解，强化记忆，取得理想的教学效果。

　　总之，反思能让教师在教学过程中不断更新自己的教学理念，逐步完善教学方法，提高自己的教学技能。反思有助于教师形成自己的教学风格，能使他们真正成为学者型、专业型、研究型的教育者。实践证明，教学行为与反思行为有效结合，有助于教师在教学中体验事业的成功，获得劳动的快乐，能促使教师专业化地成长。

英语期末教学反思15

　　通过期末考试，我又发现了很多问题。首先是两个班的成绩有很大的差距。三班一百分以上的学生有十一人，而四班一百分以上的学生只有五人。但是我细细地把两个班的成绩一一对比后发现，虽然三班高分比四班多很多人，但后半部分的学生成绩不分上下，甚至比三班还要好。这样看后心里稍微欣慰一点了，那说明四班还是有救的。四班学生很聪明，很活泼，成绩提高还存在很大的空间。三班的同学纪律好。学习主动，班风好，但是要想全面提高成绩还要下功夫。私下认为，四班的同学很有必要调整一下座次。李瑞涵组的同学很不自觉，张君丽和邱丽娜说话很随便，其他男生除了李瑞涵外也很不遵守纪律，上课总是要强调好几次纪律才能上下去。赵明明组说话也很随便。杨瑞组也不例外。她们上课比较随便。座次如果调整一下可能会改变一下现状。鼓励非常重要，在四班我已经说了好多责备她们的话，但我发现只要一鼓励效果就很明显。她们还是非常喜欢鼓励的，最讨厌老师说四班不好。这一点我以后一定注意了。

　　新的学期我想发明一个激励的口号，这样对学习肯定有帮助。我一定行!我很棒!超越自己!和班主任也要好好地配合工作。这两个班都是我一手带起来的，不能偏废。再说一花独放不是春，万紫千红春满园。今年我还决心工作效率高一点，事情处理灵活一点，心理素质好一点，心情愉悦一点，事情想开一点。做到以上这些，相信我和我的学生们一定能克服重重困难，奔向胜利。
